I know, I know – it’s only been April, but I’ve been thinking about warm weather since last December. There’s just something about the carefree days of summer that feels truly euphoric. Outdoor gatherings are at their highest in all seasons, the possibilities for adventure and activity are endless, loads of fresh produce are in season and of course, we can finally transfer those her mini skirts from the back of the closet to their rightful place in the spotlight.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m definitely picturing lots of patio conversations and hanging roses on the terrace with a midi or maxi dress. I love their elegant yet easygoing style and there’s nothing better than wearing a single piece and seeing your outfit complete. But sometimes, opportunity just requires a flowing, knee-length dress. I know that when the temperature hits three, there’s no need for me to have to wear something that reaches my ankles.
