CYPRESS, Texas (KTRK) — A 2-year-old child was taken to the hospital Wednesday afternoon following a drowning incident, according to the fire department.
The Cy-Fair Fire Department said it received a call around 2:37 p.m. on the 7900 block of Raven Creek Lane about a 2-year-old child found in a residential pool.
Right at the scene, EMS performed CPR on the child, then the child was taken to Texas Children’s Hospital.
The child’s condition is unknown. Details of how the child got into the pool were not immediately available.
