2022 Mercedes-Benz C200 Edition C details
Mercedes-Benz Australia quietly introduced an additional variation for 2022 C-Class queue, based on the input level C200.
Dubbed 2022 Mercedes-Benz C200 Edition COLOR, the free option package offers a softer look than the standard AMG Line appointment on the C200 and C300 in Australia. Pricing for the C200 now starts at $78,900 before on-road costs.
The C200 Edition C converts the AMG Line exterior and interior packages to the Avantgarde treatment inside and out, Comfort front seats instead of Sport front seats, and introduces a beige Artico interior option.

The power in the C200 comes from a 1.5 liter turbocharged four-cylinder petrol enginemanufacturing 150kW power and 300Nm torque, supported by a 48V mild-hybrid system.
Drive is sent to the rear wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission. Mercedes-Benz claims C200 will accelerate from 0-100 in 7.3 seconds and use a 6.9L / 100km on the mixed cycle.
Mercedes-Benz Australia confirmed with CarExpert that the C200 Edition C is available to order now and will continue to be available for the foreseeable future. It is likely that the Edition C will have the same shelf life as the Edition 1 models produced for the first model year.
