2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and Stingray Offer Bonus Options
Someone with access to GM’s Work Book system for ordering new vehicles decided to place some sample orders for the new 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and 2023 Corvette Stingray. Since the automaker won’t be taking orders for the upcoming coupes until March 24, the person decided the best thing to do was take a screenshot of the options panels and Send them to Corvette Action Center. That’s how we know the upcoming superstar Chevrolet Z06 will offer a great range of personalization. We already know about 14 exterior colors, confirmed when Chevrolet launched special editions of the next 70th anniversary year. But how about the 11 types of exterior stripes, with three packs of hood stripes and eight full-length versions, one of which is part of the 70th Anniversary pack? Z06 buyers can also choose from seven wheel types and bolted finishes on the brake calipers, available in six colors, including dark gray and orange metallic, four wheel lock types, and receive a center cap with emblems Jake statue. And did we mention the three possible colors for the rear badge alone?
Or how about the 21 interior treatment options? Twelve are upholstered in leather, nine in suede, some in solid colors like black or natural, some with contrasting seats like Jet Black suede with Sky Cool Gray seats and a leather cabin with two seats Tension Blue and Twilight Blue tones. Six more contrasting patches are possible depending on the seat belt colour, permutations blown away again by contrasting yellow or red stitching. Chevy’s has outdone itself in offering separate power options for the seats; After checking out two boxes for the eight-way power seats for driver and passenger, there are also separate boxes for power assist and lumbar adjustment, and a memory pack.
The Z06 comes with a few more optional conditions than the C8 Stingray, such as the exterior trim with a high-gloss woven carbon fiber finish, but not by much. And in one case, the C8 has more options than the Z06, offering a long red racing stripe, something the Z06 doesn’t have.
The Work Bench pages don’t include prices, not that buyers still line up to buy each Corvette, Bowling Green Assembly Plant would be deterred even if a price appeared.
