2023 Mercedes-AMG C63 SE Performance F1 Edition revealed
The new one Mercedes-AMG C63 SE Performance Harnessing the company’s F1 know-how and a limited-run special edition model really give it a shot.
Come together Regular C63 High-performance PHEV in Q3 2023, new announcement F1 Version added styling and aerodynamic upgrades.
But if you’re interested, you’d better be up for it: just 63 pieces, appropriately enough, will make their way into local showrooms.
Mercedes-AMG C63 SE Performance F1 Edition sedan (with a wagon but not for Australia) uses the exclusive Manufaktur Alpine Gray finish in combination with the side paints featuring the AMG logo and a gray-to-black gradient.
Red trim lines on the sides, and front and rear aprons, add a splash of color, while the 20-inch 5-twin-spoke wheels are painted matte black. The red contour lines follow the wheel color scheme of the FIA F1 medical car, a Mercedes-AMG.
The two AMG Night Packs bring gloss black trim to the extended front splitter, front wing trims, side mirror housings, contour trim strips and window surrounds. The grille grilles, rear spoiler and tailpipe trim are in black chrome.
The silver chrome fuel tank cap with the letter AMG round out the design tweaks.
There’s also the AMG Aerodynamic Package, developed in the wind tunnel, touted to improve handling characteristics at high speeds.
The interior is characterized by the contrasting use of black and red. The seats are black Nappa leather with red trim and embossed AMG emblems on the front headrests, and feature red belts and AMG carbon trim.
The steering wheel is wrapped in Nappa leather and Dinamica microfiber, and the door sills have the words AMG glowing in red.
Each buyer will receive a custom AMG indoor car visor with the F1 logo, a breathable outer panel made of tear-resistant synthetic fabric and an anti-static inner fabric made of flannel.

The iconic Mercedes-AMG C63 muscle car is about to get a seismic makeover, with the new model ditching the famed V8 engine for a high-powered plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrain. .
The new model, called the Mercedes-AMG C63 SE Performance, will hit Australian showrooms around mid-2023 in sedan form – at which point it will certainly be polarizing.
It will be the most powerful C63 produced, and faster than the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 it replaces and the naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 that preceded it.
As always, the latest C63 will go head-to-head with BMW M3, Audi RS4and Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. But when it comes to powertrain technology, it’s an entirely different beast.
