“24 hours to respond” – Tyreek Hill claps back to Shannon Sharpe, Steve Smith Sr. after the duo learns about the star Dolphins

Steve Smith Sr. and Shannon Sharpe are discussing Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tireek Hill together when they noted that Hill wasn’t exactly a “fisherman,” as Smith put it.

They don’t try to offend the person before Chief of Kansas City stars, but there are different types of catchers in the league. Some of them use great hands. Others use great speed. Much more using special footwork.

To say that a given wide receiver does one of those things well and another is not entirely shocking either, because most wide receivers don’t excel at all three.

Before Carolina Panthers wide receiver said:

“Tireek Hill is [fantastic], he is Cheetah. He runs faster than anyone I’ve ever known at wide receiver.

Sharpe added:

“It’s not a butt, but he’s not a natural catcher.”

Smith continued:

“He’s not a pure fisherman.”

Hill saw the clip and shared it on his Instagram.

He watched that clip of two former pass catchers discussing his skill with several clips of him making some impressive catches, mostly using his hand skills. .

He annotated it:

“24 hours to reply… Respect both of your greats.”

He’s one of the widest vocalists in the NFL and doesn’t like to see future Hall of Famers and Hall of Famers talk about him in a way that he considers inaccurate and possibly disrespectful.

Tireek Hill’s First Season Without Patrick Mahomes

There’s been a lot of off-season discussion about how well the former Minister would do without Patrick Mahomes and vice versa. The captain seems to be as good as ever so far, so they don’t miss their former star too much.

With the midfield carousel in Miami this season (thanks to Tua Tagovailoa and concussion Teddy Bridgewater) and the preconceived notions of Tagovailoa’s passing ability, one might expect expansion to be difficult.

That’s not the case though. He currently leads all pass catchers in yards received with 701, almost 50 yards ahead of the next player on the list.

He has an incredible 116 yards per game, and most of that is with a backup quarterback or even the third string.

What he can do in just his first season in Miami is impressive, even if NFL analysts aren’t convinced of his hand skills.
