Since Miu Miu’s spring/summer 2022 collection filled with cropped pleated mini skirts hit the market last October, this trend has steadily risen to the top. Now it’s really summer, the collective consciousness of fashion can’t afford the trusty little staples — and, accordingly, they’re everywhere. For me, it’s more accessible and beginner-friendly than its microscopic counterpart, and depending on the cut and shape can be equally alluring. Right now, it’s the number one item I’m adding to my summer wardrobe, so I thought I’d share the results of my personal browsing. From ’90s-inspired column cuts to intricate pleats, check out the full range of dresses that’s currently catching my attention, plus a few styling inspiration images to help you out. get sweet water.
