The contract film between San Francisco 49ers and the All-Pro Deebo Samuel expansion seems to have ended.
According to NFL Network’s Ian RapoportThe Niners and Samuel have agreed to a three-year extension worth $71.55 million, with $58.1 million guaranteed.
Samuel, 26, is expected to enter the 2022 season in the final year of his contract before agreeing to an extension.
On TuesdaySamuel reports on the start of the 49ers’ training camp but does not practice while negotiations between the two sides continue.
At the time, 49ers general manager John Lynch told reporters the team and Samuel “had really productive and substantive talks” about the extension.
