During the past year and a half living in New York City’s East Village, I’ve come to love so much about my neighborhood. Ridiculous rents aside, this area has a lot to offer, like great restaurant and fun spots for a night out, but perhaps my favorite part is perusing the trends my fashion neighbors are following this season.
Between my neighborhood and the Lower East Side and Soho neighborhoods, there’s never a shortage style inspiration. So, for research purposes, I recently sat at my favorite coffee shop, ordered a cup of tea and stared out the window at the stylish people passing by.
