Rise to success with city girls
Of course, when Yung Miami caught the attention of fans as one half of City Girls, we have to start there. Her and JT’s first song together, “F**k Dat N***a,” was an instant hit and caught the attention of Quality Control Music.
This Florida hybrid duo’s debut album, Stage, followed shortly after, and it was an INSTANT vibe among the elves. Later that year, Girl’s password was released, spawning such beloved hits as “Act Up” and “Twerk”.
So Yung Miami has definitely had success with her and JT’s rap careers, and it looks like the hard work has paid off! In addition, it has given it a whole wave of “Age!” recipients! spell while proudly identifying as “city girl” and “city boy”.
Keep it down while JT is in custody
However, right after City Girls started to boom, JT spent nearly two years in prison for identity fraud.
Despite this bumpy road, Yung Miami is determined to keep the momentum going. From shooting a bright video for “Act Up” to providing features for artists like Quavo, Saweetie, Juicy J, and Lloyd, Yung Miami held it back and kept the City Girls in the conversation.
We should also note that the credits for these features are all in “City Girls” even though JT is temporarily MIA
So even though City Girls continued to churn out hits after JT’s release, Yung Miami worked hard to ensure that the success never stopped! And that thing‘S At about the time!
Sharing A Funny Friendship With Saucy Santana
We also Have to dismiss that Yung Miami’s close friendship with Saucy Santana is age-old, as the stars aren’t afraid to mercilessly shelter each other in glee.

Served a memorable line of cockroaches in her solo debut
Speaking of Yung Miami’s humor, it spills over to a very memorable line at the end of “Rap Freaks,” her solo debut.
Specifically, she instructed her boo Diddy to “put it in [his] face like cockroaches” before saying that she would “put [his] rich a ** to sleep, buenas noches.” This is notably a clever reference to a story Diddy shared previously about waking up with a face full of cockroaches at one point in the pre-famous days.

We should also point out that Yung Miami’s decision to rhyme “cockroach” with “buenas noches” made Megan Thee Stallion laugh like crazy on Instagram Live.
