How does it feel in the moment? Is there any stress or tension? Does it feel energized by what you’re doing or contracted in any way? Human design teaches us that our bodies are connected to a higher plane of consciousness and divine time. Try to get out of your mind and check your body at least twice a day. This simple act can essentially start increasing your magnetism, and by listening to the signals your body is giving you; you will begin to notice a beautiful synchronicity in your life.

Learn your Power and exercise it every day.

Your authority is the only decision-making center in your body, this is the consistent way for you to make the right decisions in terms of strength. We are conditioned to believe that it is best to make big decisions with our minds and what “makes sense”. Human Design is adapting this to show us how to make decisions with body instead of our mind. Our minds are here to observe, process data, create and inspire, but they are not here to make important decisions in our lives. Practice your strategy

Declarant – Start speaking out loud every day (to yourself, the universe, the people around you… etc.).

Generator – Focus on the present and listen to what your body is telling you (what does your energy level say about what’s directly in front of you?).

Projector – Start focusing more on how you see yourself instead of how other people might see you (what’s interesting to you right now? Take time to do that and try to rest more).

Start saying “no” anymore

How many things do you say every day because of guilt, obligation, because of FOMO, or because you “should,” or you feel they will? other everyone happy? As a general rule, if it doesn’t quite brighten you up, excite you, make you happy or just feel right… say “no” to it now if you can. This small action will help you regain some of the energy that you may have leaked. Clean your energy

Regardless of your energy type, you probably have areas of energy where you can empathize with the world and the people around you. This is where you can condition and take hold of the feelings, ideas, needs, fears, wants, and pressures of others. A simple energy cleanse (5 minutes is all you usually need) every evening can make a huge difference in how you feel. Some of our favorite cleanses are using palo santo, sage or smoked, bathing or showering for the purpose of “releasing off” or connecting with nature for a few minutes alone.

Actively make judgments and comparisons

When we compare ourselves to others, we sacrifice our self-esteem a little bit and we keep ourselves playing small. In addition, when we judge others, we welcome judgment upon ourselves. Human Design is powerful in that it can free you from the judgment/comparison conditioning we have been taught to accept as “normal”. By becoming aware of how you function differently from others, you can then begin to accept how other people are different from you and the need for everyone to be the same disappears. Start noticing when you feel inclined to compare or judge, and simply take notes. In that moment, choose to release this restraint from who you are. It’s a small energy shift that builds up over time and leads to you being more actively living your design each day.

Believe in yourself

Human design is an experiment, but it starts with tuning in to what your body is telling you, then taking the appropriate action to listen to what it has to say. Confidence is HUGE and it starts step by step. Start small and build from there. For example, if you feel something, you feel anything else. Instead of questioning whether you did or not, own it! It’s as simple as that.

Be honest with yourself

You are the only one who can know if something is right for you, if you are making a decision out of fear, if something affects you or not, if you need a boundary. gender or not, or if you do something because you want to or because you “should”.
