A Geekbench test shows that the iPhone 14’s A16 chip, built on the 4nm process, is only slightly faster than the iPhone 13’s A15 chip, which is built on the 5nm process– Geekbench scores for iPhone 14 Pro with the new A16 Bionic chip show little improvement in performance compared to last year’s iPhone 13 Pro.
