A tree pruner has died after coming into contact with power lines in Champion Forest, Harris County Fire Police said
Officials said around 12 p.m. EMS responded to a call to an unconscious person in Pinewilde’s 5700 block.

The Champions Forest Fire Service said the man’s body had not yet been recovered and CentrePoint Energy would turn off the power so staff could remove the body.
Skyeye’s video shows two Centerpoint electric vans and two EMS trucks parked on the street.
Officials say two tree pruners worked on the incident. Investigators have not released more details about the second man.
