Aaron Rodgers Meets With Packers ‘WRs One Day After Criticism

It appear Aaron Rodgers working on smoothing things out with Green Bay Packers’ wide young recipients after calling them on Tuesday.

The recipient was asked to meet Rodgers, along with the other Packers quarterbacks and top attacking coaches Wednesday morning before their second joint practice with New Orleans Saints.

“Aaron talked to us about what he likes or what isn’t just based on concepts or what he sees,” the fourth round rookie Romeo Doubs told reporters after Wednesday’s practice.

On Tuesday, the world’s top midfielder express serious concern about the team’s offense just weeks after the opening game of the season.

“Young guys, especially young adopters, we have to be more consistent,” says Rodgers. “Lots of falls, lots of wrong decisions, wrong runs. We have to improve that area.”

Instead of worrying, on Wednesday, Rodgers offered suggestions to the Packers’ young recipients.

“It’s just really giving us advice,” said rookie recipient of the seventh round Samori Toure speak. “Basically, tell us that Green Bay’s receiving corps has always been held to a super high standard. All the legends have been through here.

“It’s just about us taking that standard and raising it.”

While the Packers’ young recipients seem to accept Rodgers’ criticism well, Colin Cowherd said he also liked the approach the midfielder took. Cowherd cited a conversation he had with a former NFL scout about why Rodgers’ caption might work.

Cowherd said: “He said he likes Rodgers calling the receiver – and that’s a good point – because ‘We’ve knocked Aaron Rodgers down over the years as the passive belligerent, but the leadership says things like that. uncomfortable thing”. “I’m like Aaron Rodgers. Hallucinations. Aaron Rodgers I’m not sold. The blur on vax – don’t love it. I think I like this Aaron.”

Aaron Rodgers Expresses Young WRs Disappointment

Colin Cowherd likes Aaron Rodgers’ recent comments about the Packers’ young receivers.

Rodgers doesn’t work with the multitude of highly talented veterans in the receiving corps. Allen Lazard is Green Bay’s longest starting expansion, playing the past four seasons there. He’s about to have 40 key arrests. Randall Cobbnow a 31-year-old reserve, is in his second phase with the franchise and is about to do a 28-capture campaign. Robert Tonyan, who tore the ACL midway through last season, was dropped from this week’s PUP roster. The only other notable return recipient is Amari Rodgerswhom the Packers traded for with pick number 85 in 2021 NFL Draft. He only had four receptions during his rookie season.

The Packers are also relying on donations from veterans Sammy Watkinswho is playing for his third team for many years, along with rookies Christian WatsonDoubs, and Toure.

Rodgers has high expectations for the 2022 season. He is having several consecutive MVP seasons, with Green Bay having the best record in NFC both years. However, the Packers have failed to make it to the Super Bowl each season, losing the NFC Championship Game in 2020 and falling 49ers in the Division Round last year.
