The first long trailer of Our Last has revealed the first glimpses of scenes shot by Alberta in the HBO apocalypse video game adaptation.
After watching film crews take over areas of their communities in 2021, the Albertans first saw how their backyards might appear on TV screens on Monday.
The one-minute and 38-second trailer, which was viewed 15 million times on Twitter the next day, tells the story of a smuggler tasked with escorting a teenage girl through the United States after it was destroyed. destroyed by an epidemic.

RECENT CALGARY’S RAMSAY

ENGINE BRIDGE CAN ADD CODE

According to HistoricBridges.org, the double-hulled bridge was built in 1891 by the Canadian Pacific Railway to serve a coal mine and is characterized by vertical end piers.
The bridge and its Rocky Mountain backdrop are very well photographed.
Canmore is located 100 kilometers west of Calgary.
104 STREET AND 102 AVENUE, EDMONTON

Possibly the street was turned into downtown Boston, where part of the Our Last is set?
Edmonton’s 104th Street has some brick buildings, like the disaster scene in the trailer.

CALGARY AIRPORT SALES

Behind Pedro Pascal’s character lies the expected ruins and debris of an apocalypse. And behind that is a piece of infrastructure that looks similar to the east entrance of the Airport Tunnel, west of 36 Street NE.
WHICH OTHER LOCATIONS WILL BE HIGHLY ATTENTION?
When the series premieres in 2023, more footage from Alberta will be revealed. According to the Internet Movie Database, Our Last Filmed at 13 locations across the province.
In October 2021, the production teams transformed the Alberta Legislature to fit the TV show’s post-apocalyptic setting. Pascal was spotted by onlookers downtown on set.
By the looks of this teaser, filming also took place at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary.

Additionally, the High River community Beachwood – which was abandoned in real life after the 2013 floods – is expected to appear.
