Alibaba increased its share buyback program from $15 billion to $25 billion, bringing their Hong Kong-listed shares up 11%+; So far, Alibaba has bought ~$9.2 billion of shares— Alibaba said Tuesday that it will increase the size of its share buyback program from $15 billion to $25 billion, effective for a two-year period through March 2024.
