‘It’s the season to revisit old Christmas movies – and it’s nothing like 1994 Santa Claus and its 2002 sequel. (We’re not talking about the third installment here.) What’s so appealing about those movies? No, not Tim Allen. Its Bernard, the Charming goblin played by David KrumholtzWho cause a lot of affection among young people grew up watching these Christmas movies.
Bernard’s absence was missed in the third movie (which we’ll just say isn’t great), but thankfully, the new Disney Plus miniseries Santa Claus bring him back. It’s the best Christmas gift ever. The miniseries follows Scott Calvin (Tim Allen) on the eve of his 65th birthday, when he decides it might be time to think about retirement. That’s fun and nice, but we’re here for one reason and one reason only: Bernard.
