Before the flooding in Eastern Kentucky, this nonprofit sent supplies to the town of Goshen, which was hit by a tornado in early July. Another time, the husband and wife duo discovered stray dogs and cats that were lost and moved to an overcrowded shelter. Many times they never reconnect with their family again. “What they can’t lose now is their furry friend, and that’s all they can hold onto for now,” William said. The Facebook page asks the community for help to fill the truck.
