Interactive fitness provider Peloton has released a new Christmas-themed ad starring Chris Noth on Sunday, December 12, three days after his favorite Sex and the city character Mr. Big, husband of Carrie Bradshaw, met untimely death during the premiere of new HBO series Max And just like that… In the episode, he suffers a heart attack after completing his 1,000th Peloton training session.
“And just like that…he’s alive,” reads the caption for the ad, posted on the company’s Instagram.
In the ad, Noth sits on a trainer in front of a decorated Christmas tree and fireplace, behind a pair of Peloton bikes, and celebrates a “fresh start” with a real-life Peloton instructor. Jess King, who has taken on the role of virtual coach of Mr. Big on And just like that…
“You look great,” she told him, and he replied, “Oh, I feel great. Shall we go on another trip? Life is too short, isn’t it.”
