LAWRENCE, KS (KCTV) — A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection to an unintentional taking pictures that killed a 2-year-old boy.
Bishop Mendoza, 21, was arrested on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter, aggravated baby endangerment, and possession of a stolen handgun.
The taking pictures occurred on the morning of Friday, Sept. 17 within the 1500 block of Wedgewood Drive.
Legend King, 2, was killed within the taking pictures.
