Arrest warrant issued for man facing 2nd-degree murder in North Battleford, Sask.

North Battleford RCMP are looking for a wished man following a demise found within the metropolis early Thursday morning.

A shooting was reported within the 1200 block of 108th Avenue in North Battleford, Sask., at roughly 1:45 a.m., in line with a press launch.

Police stated 33-year-old Boyd Firingstoney, of Mosquito First Nation, was declared lifeless on the scene.

On account of the RCMP’s main crime unit south’s investigation, an arrest warrant has been issued for 21-year-old Javon Moosomin.

Police stated he’s going through costs of second-degree homicide, possession of a firearm opposite to a prohibition order and 5 counts of pointing a firearm.

Moosomin is described as five-feet-11-inches tall and 180 kilos, in line with the press launch. It added he has brown hair and brown eyes.

RCMP stated Moosomin needs to be thought-about armed and harmful and suggested the general public to not strategy him if seen.
