Assault charge laid in a case of road rage: Guelph police
Guelph police say one man is going through an assault cost in what seems to be a case of road rage.
Officers had been referred to as to a car parking zone on Silvercreek Parkway on Saturday at 9 p.m. and located two autos that had been closely broken.
Police stated their investigation revealed that one driver turned indignant when one other driver flashed his excessive beams at him whereas driving on Woodlawn Highway.
The suspect then started following, and ultimately collided, with the opposite automobile, police stated in a information launch.
“The suspect then smashed the driving force’s aspect window of the opposite automobile, pulled the driving force out and pushed him to the bottom,” police stated.
A 23-year-old man has been charged with harmful driving, assault and mischief. He’s scheduled to make a courtroom look in February.
