Hallie Oldham, 9, from Poland, ME, was killed when a pine tree fell on top of the car she was staying at at Sebago Lake Family Campground in Standish.

Hallie Oldham, 9, from Poland, Maine, was killed when a large pine tree fell on the roof of the car she was sitting in during a violent thunderstorm Thursday. The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office released her name in a press release Saturday. According to that statement, her parents, Jarod and Jennifer Oldham, were preparing to leave Sebago Lake Family Campground in Standish to escape the storm when two pine trees were uprooted in the storm. One hit the porch of the family camp and crushed their truck and the other crashed into a vehicle occupied by Hallie, her sister, and their mother. Their father was outside the car. Friends of the Oldham family have set up a GoFundMe account for the family.
