Basic grooming habits for men and women
Some of you may not need it, but it doesn’t hurt to look at it one more time.
Lip. Elbow. Knee. Feet
Chapped lips attract a lot of attention. And while elbows, knees, and feet may not be the focal point, when they’re dry and sandpaper-like, they’ll be noticeable. It won’t take long to get them in order. Just put a little moisturizer on these areas before bed and you’re done.

If you think that cleansing your body with water is all you need to hydrate, you are wrong. While drinking water helps to hydrate the body, splashing water on the skin will make the skin dry and flaky as it will wash away the oil layer on the skin.
Nose and ear wax
It is important that you trim the hair on your nose and ears. Find a barbershop that offers nose and ear waxing, they’re less painful than you might expect. And less hair on the nose and ears means less dirt accumulation.
Cut the nail
Short and clean is the way to go. You may not know when, but women notice the little things. Trim your nails every two weeks, and if you’re feeling fancy, head to your barber shop quickly. Who cares soft hands! And the mini massage is a bonus.
Costumes in the bathroom
If you share a bathroom with someone, a bearded rug in the sink can become a source of friction with your roommate. It takes about 30 seconds to pour water over it, or an easier solution is just trimming in the shower.
Enjoy your relaxation as you admire your perfect grooming!
