Bell says some users hit with smartphone glitch that turned their clocks back
Canadians with a Bell telephone woke as much as a shock and sure just a little late due to a clock error from the corporate, in response to the telecom large.
In line with experiences, some customers had their clocks mechanically roll again an hour to replicate Daylight Financial savings which takes place on Nov. 7.
The corporate despatched out a tweet acknowledging the error.
“Some shoppers could have skilled an incorrect time change on their telephone this morning. Our groups are investigating the scenario with the intention to resolve the problem as rapidly as attainable. We apologize for the inconvenience,” they wrote in a tweet.
Bell stated the problem is now resolved and customers who should not getting the right time will both have to restart their telephone, go on airplane mode or go of their settings and regulate their time zone accordingly.
Some customers had a second of brevity with the incidental time change.
