US President Joe Biden has addressed disappointment by some about what was agreed on the G20 forward of COP26.
Talking in Rome, Mr Biden mentioned China and Russia “principally did not present up” on issues of the local weather.
Neither China’s President Xi Jinping, nor Russia’s Vladimir Putin, had been in Italy’s capital for the convention, as an alternative becoming a member of through video hyperlink.
