Black real estate agent and his clients file lawsuit after handcuffed

Actual property agent Eric Brown, Roy Thorne and his 15-year-old son Samuel, in early October filed a federal lawsuit in opposition to town of Wyoming, Michigan, the Wyoming police chief and the six cops concerned within the Aug. 1 incident, which began when officers responded to a name from a neighbor.

Officers ordered the three of them to return exterior with their fingers up. They have been handcuffed and put in separate police vehicles.
After Brown proved he was an actual property agent, all three people have been launched. One of many officers instructed the boys this was a “huge misunderstanding,” in response to the lawsuit.
