ITHACA, N.Y. — A number of unfounded bomb threats had been revamped the weekend at Ivy League campuses, college and legislation enforcement officers mentioned.
Cornell, Columbia and Brown universities had alerted college students to threats Sunday and deemed campuses protected just a few hours later. Evacuations had been ordered in some buildings on the campuses.
Two days earlier, a bomb risk at Yale compelled the evacuation of a number of buildings in addition to close by companies in New Haven, Connecticut. The college resumed regular operations Friday night.
