Bones found in Itawamba County those of teen who disappeared in 2008


FULTON, Miss. (WTVA) – Human stays discovered by a logging crew in Itawamba County belong to a youngster who disappeared in 2008.

The Itawamba County Sheriff’s Division confirmed the stays are that of Jamie Wright, 18.

Sheriff Chris Dickinson advised WTVA that the bones, together with a cranium, have been discovered on Tuesday, Sept. 7 close to State Line Highway.

Items of clothes and identification have since been discovered.

The bones weren’t buried or hidden, however merely mendacity on the bottom, the sheriff stated Tuesday.

The stays are being despatched to Pearl for official identification.
