Brian Robinson does not qualify for Returning Player of the Year
It’s been a long road for Washington Commanders rookie re-run Brian Robinson Jr., a third-round pick from Alabama.
In August, Command placed him on the reserve list for a non-football injury after he sustained a gunshot wound to his right leg during an attempted robbery. On Sunday, Robinson led Washington in the race with 73 yards over 20 bearing in Sunday’s 23-21 win over the Green Bay Packers.
Robinson tried more comfortable with representatives after a quick recovery from injury. An impressive run after Sunday’s exposure showed what he can do.
