Brookins is Again!!??
Pluggers is one in all only a few comics that asserts that it’s in rerun standing (see above). So when the Gary Brookins‘ signature returned this week (beneath) I naturally appeared for the “basic” field, however there was no such discover. Leaving me to ASS U ME that Gary is spelling Rick McKee.
What with editorial cartoons, the day by day and Sunday Mt. Pleasant comic strip, and the day by day and Sunday Pluggers panel Rick has a really full schedule and it wouldn’t shock me that deadlines have been getting tight. Getting the semi-retired Gary (the Sunday Shoe) to return to his old comic can be a pure motion to offer Rick some respiratory room.
Gary has been identified to return to his old hunting grounds.
For now we’ll guess that Gary’s return to Pluggers is momentary
and that Rick can be again plugging away ahead of later.
