Tom George has eliminated Saturday’s Doncaster winner Bun Doran from the annual Johnny Henderson Grand Challenge Cup Handicap Race at Cheltenham.

The 11-year-old achieved his fourth career chase success when he finished the two-mile Virgin Bet with a neck.

George added: “The plan was to run in Cheltenham. “We are very pleased with him and he is in good form.”
