Burnaby woman, 73, attacked while checking noise outside her home: RCMP
Burnaby RCMP say a 73-year-old girl was assaulted early Saturday morning whereas checking on a noise outdoors her residence.
The incident occurred round 3 a.m. close to Millbrook Lane and Belfriar Drive.
Whereas the lady investigated the sound, a person attacked her, knocking her to the bottom, the Mounties stated.
The person fled whereas the lady fled inside her residence and sought assist from neighbours.
She was later taken to hospital for remedy of cuts and different non-life threatening accidents.
