Carvana pauses on volatility after a flash 15% crash (NYSE:CVNA)

Carvana (NYSE:CVNA) stock was halted by volatility Friday afternoon after falling about 15% in just a few minutes.

At around 1:05 PM ET, the Arizona-based online car seller’s stock fell about 8%. Just 10 minutes later, the stock slid another step 7.5% just to be stopped.

Stocks resumed trading around 1:19 PM ET, recovering thereafter. However, the stock is on track for a double-digit drop on the day, breaking a Daily strong increase for a debt-laden e-commerce company.
