An Amazon driver delivering groceries at a home in California arrives to find an unexpected guest on the property.
Footage from the home security camera of an Upland, California resident, shows a black bear circling the driveway as the delivery driver approaches the home.
As the driver approached the gate, Morgan could be heard shouting over the gate speaker, “Stop right there! There’s a bear right there! Can you hear me? It’s a bear! Back off! “
The bear can be seen sitting on top of the gate. The driver, appearing unfazed by the encounter, raised his arms to make himself appear larger, causing the bear to climb down and run away.
After confronting, the driver cautiously walked through the gate to deliver the package.
Morgan told news agency Storyful that wild animals such as bears, coyotes and mountain lions are commonly seen on his property.
