Changing Health Care (NASDAQ:CHANGE) could announce a business buyer tis ClaimsXten as soon as next week when UnitedHealth (NYSE:UNH) works to try to address the DOJ’s antitrust concerns even after the agency sue to block agreement last month.

The report comes after the DOJ sued to block UnitedHealth (UNH)’s $8 billion purchase of Change Healthcare (CHNG) last month, claiming it would “harm competition” in the market. commercial health insurance.
