Jaishankar added: “Relationships are a two-way street. A long-term relationship cannot be a one-way street. We need mutual respect and sensitivity.

In Brazil and Argentina, the EAM will co-chair the Joint Committee Meetings (JCM) with its partners. JCM will examine the full range of bilateral relations in diverse fields and discuss regional and global issues of common interest.
Argentina and Brazil are strategic partners of India. In addition, EAM will also interact with business leaders and Indian communities in these countries. In Brazil, he is scheduled to speak at the Rio Branco Institute (Brazilian Diplomatic Academy).
