A new season of Call of Duty arrives in Modern War 2 on February 15, and Activision revealed the roadmap for Season 2. New Weapons and Operators
Season 2 of Modern Warfare 2 will introduce five weapons to the game. ISO Hemlock assault rifles, KV Broadside pistols, and Dual Kodachis melee weapons will be included in the Battle Pass free tiers, while the Tempus Torrent crossbow and marksman rifle will be available to unlock through trials. challenge in the game. Moderator Ronin from Modern Warfare 2019 also returns as the battle moderator for the season.

The Season 2 launch will include the Ronin’s Road event, which works like previous seasonal events for Call of Duty. Multiplayer
New map
The launch of Season 2 will include two “new” standard multiplayer maps and two other large-scale battle maps.
For standard maps, Dome will revert to multiplayer. Derived from Modern Warfare 3, the Dome was previously featured in Vanguard and was also featured in Warzone 2’s Al Mazrah map. The second standard map is the Valderas Museum, originally seen in the beta. of Modern Warfare 2, but this map was quietly removed from the game. Finally, Al Mazrah’s Zaya Observatory and Al Malik International locations will serve as two new maps for the Land War and Invasion modes.
New mode

Ranked play will be subject to the Call of Duty League approved CDL rules, restrictions, maps, and modes. Players will be able to move up the leaderboard and earn unique rewards, including skins for each skill division and a spot in a special Top 250 leaderboard.
Call of Duty’s Classic Infected Mode is coming with the launch of Season 2. In this mode, one player is randomly selected as “Infected” and all other players must avoid infected player. Every eliminated player will join the Infected group until there are none left or until the time limit is reached.
Modern Warfare 2 is adding some classic team modes to Season 2. The gun game will be out at launch, while All or Nothing and One in the Room are confirmed at the end of the season.
New coordinated raid episode
Players can look forward to a brand new raid episode. These three-player episode raids continue the story of Modern Warfare 2 with a mix of stealth, action, and puzzle-solving objectives. Volume One: Atomgrad launches with Season 1 Reload and Season 2 will introduce the sequel to the story. Activision did not provide new story details, but has confirmed Price, Farah, and Gaz will return for episode 2 at the end of the season, which will likely be a mid-season update.
