Commonwealth Games 2022, Day 10, Live Updates: In the men’s triple jump, India took the top two medals, Eldhose Paul (17.03m gold) and Abdulla Aboobacker Narangolintevid (17.02 for Silver). Meanwhile, Annu Rani and Sandeep Kumar won bronze medals for India respectively in the women’s javelin throw and the men’s 10km walk. Meanwhile, Indian tennis player Laskhya Sen reached the final of men’s singles badminton. Kidambi Srikanth had to admit defeat in the semifinals of the men’s singles badminton. Previously, boxers Amit Panghal and Nitu Ganghas brought home gold medals for India respectively in the men’s flyweight and women’s minweight category. PV Sindhu, meanwhile, won her semi-finals in consecutive matches to reach the women’s singles final. India also won a bronze medal in women’s hockey after defeating New Zealand in a penalty shootout. Athletics Nikhat Zareen and Sagar Ahlawat will also try to take home gold as they head out to the final match.

Treesa Jolly / Gayatri Gopichand lost in the women’s badminton doubles semifinal and will compete for bronze now. Satwik Sairaj Rankedlydy / Chirag Shetty of India have reached the men’s badminton doubles final and will compete for the gold medal on Sunday.
