OSSEO, Minn. (WCCO) – Police in Osseo say a contractor was found dead at the bottom of a “deep vault” on Saturday night.
Employees are performing a welfare check at 316 Second Street NE after no word from the contractor for several hours.
The Osseo Police Department said he died inside just after 8 p.m.
Police said his death came about by accident and it was under investigation.
