Couple caught on video fighting with Locust Grove McDonald’s employee arrested | News

McDONOUGH – The Henry County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of two people seen fighting two McDonald’s employees in Locust Grove on Nov.

Marshall Wallace and Crystal Wallace were arrested by the HCSO Criminal Investigation Unit on December 7 during a traffic stop in Walton County.

The incident was caught on camera, and then went viral, showing Crystal Wallace allegedly throwing a drink and attempting to attack an employee. The argument started after they were told they needed to go inside the restaurant to get a packet of sugar.

Marshall Wallace allegedly got through a McDonald’s window and hit the manager’s leg with a chair.

“The video clearly shows the flagrant violations of the law and brings national shame to the people of our great county,” Police Chief Reginald Scandrett said in a statement. “This type of behavior will not be tolerated.”

Crystal Wallace was charged with simple assault, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Marshall Wallace has been charged with criminal offences, disorderly conduct and simplicity.

Both remain in the Henry County Jail.
