Cowboys-Raiders Thanksgiving dusting leads to funny meme appearance
The Cowboys and Raiders tried serving up some Thanksgiving burgers.
Turkey Day is a day to thank, celebrate, and appreciate each other’s companionship, but for at least one play in a Cowboys-Raiders game, those feelings are nowhere to be found. Early in the third quarter, the teams had a small argument on the sidelines of Las Vegas.
After the gravy came out, the two players were ejected. Cowboy defensive back Kelvin Joseph and Raiders defensive back Roderic Teamer have been brought on for their roles in the affair.
THAN: Why do the Cowboys always play on Thanksgiving?
Unfortunately, one official appears to have been caught in the fire. He had a little bit of blood on his chin after helping to clear the dust.
However, it all ended well: While the brawl was a pretty unsightly thing for a Thanksgiving matchup, the content didn’t care about your little days off, and many people brought their A-game meme then.
It’s safe to say that Teamer and Joseph won’t be sending each other Christmas cards this year.
