Commonwealth Games 2022, Day 10, Live Updates: India is having a gold rush in day 10 of CWG 2022. Three boxers – Nikhat Zareen (women’s lightweight), Amit Panghal (men’s flyweight) and Nitu Ganghas (women’s minweight) – won win the respective finals. In the men’s triple jump, India won the top two medals, Eldhose Paul (17.03m gold) and Abdulla Aboobacker Narangolintevid (17.02 for Silver). Meanwhile, Annu Rani and Sandeep Kumar won bronze medals for India respectively in the women’s javelin throw and the men’s 10km walk. Meanwhile, Indian shuttle players Lakshya Sen and PV Sindhu entered the finals of men’s and women’s singles badminton, respectively. Kidambi Srikanth had to admit defeat in the semifinals of the men’s singles badminton. India also won a bronze medal in women’s hockey after defeating New Zealand in a penalty shootout. Athletics athlete Sagar Ahlawat will also try to bring home the gold medal in the final match.

Treesa Jolly / Gayatri Gopichand lost in the women’s badminton doubles semifinal and will compete for bronze now. Satwik Sairaj Rankedlydy / Chirag Shetty of India have reached the men’s badminton doubles final and will compete for the gold medal on Sunday.
