DaBaby told 911 operator he “neutralized” the trespassing man at his home in North Carolina

DaBaby pulled the trigger on an alleged trespasser at his North Carolina home Wednesday night, and now the 911 call he made after the shooting has surfaced. The rapper noted that he “disabled” the man as he waited for authorities to arrive.

Police confirmed that DaBaby was behind the shot that injured an intruder on his property on Thursday. He is said to have exchanged words with the man before shooting him in the foot. The man was heard screaming in the background of a 911 call as rapper ‘Suge’ explained that the man jumped over a fence to get into his property.

DaBaby told the dispatcher that the man knew it was his property and he proceeded to import the property without permission. He also admitted to shooting the man in the leg.

I shot him in the leg. He is trespassing on my property and calling me by my name. I don’t know what he’s here for, what he’s here to say, what he’s here for, but he’s been shot in the leg. He was disabled until you got here. “

Despite the screams in the background, the dispatcher inquired about the man’s condition several times, and DaBaby replied:

“Didn’t you hear this man?”

The dispatcher then asked DaBaby to secure his weapon, which he refused to do for his safety. The rapper claimed that trespassers could still be a threat and he wasn’t sure if anyone else had entered the property with him.

TMZ reports that authorities took the man to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

DaBaby sheds light on shooting intruders on his property

DaBaby doesn’t have much to say about the situation, but he sheds some light on it in a post on ‘gram. The rapper posted a clip of the infamous “N*ggas get shot err’yday B” scene in “Paid In Full” with the following caption:

Opt out of *gga life the other day and it feels great. My best friend doesn’t deserve to go, I walk straight. Heal and live my son! Just don’t bring you a ** back. ”

While there’s no word on DaBaby facing any consequences for the shooting, criminal charges seem unlikely, since North Carolina is your base state.
