Godly free-to-play MOBA Smite just revealed its next crossover event is coming later this month and it might just be one of the most unexpected yet.
Nintendo Everything reports that coming this July for MOBAs, Nickelodeon’s favorite contenders are Rocko, Danny Phantom, Invader Zim, Jenny (or XJ9) and Pow Powder Toastman. That’s right, the Nickelodeon cartoon will take the gods to try and become like god.
Each of these Nick stars will take on specific roles during the crossover. Rocko will be Danzaburou, Danny Phantom is Janus, Invader Zim shoots love as Cupid, Jenny will be Freya, and Pow Powder Toastman is mighty Gilgamesh.
The hilarious trailer perfectly captures the spirit of each character and – somehow – makes this crossover seem completely believable. At least as believable as the ancient gods! We’re excited to see how mature this game is and see that Smite continues to grow and is as popular as ever! Maybe God likes nice, soft sofas?
