David Amess: British lawmaker stabbed at constituency meeting
David Amess, 69, who represents Southend West in Essex, was stabbed at round noon at a gathering at a Methodist Church by a person who walked into a gathering with voters from his electoral district, a witness on the scene instructed Reuters.
