Dawn Of The Monsters Brings Action To Prepare For Kaiju Beat To Move To This March
WayForward and 13AM Game’s kaiju defeated them Dawn of the Monsters was locked for a month of release. It will arrive on the Switch eShop this March, and the Limited Run Games physical release will be made available to “several platforms” at a later date.
This information was shared in a brand new story trailer for the game, which contains some game scene towards the end. Here’s the summary, straight from the PR:
“The Dawn of the Monsters saga begins in the year 2036 when gigantic beings known as the Nephilim invade Earth, leaving their calamity in their wake. To counter the threat, a global task force named DAWN (Defense Alliance Worldwide Network) was established, but it wasn’t until three decades later that humanity was able to properly attack, commanded by four giant guardians – Megadon, the living volcano; Ganira, a giant crustacean; Aegis Prime, a superhuman warrior; and Tempest Galahad, a giant mech – DAWN prepares to take back the planet.”
Additionally, the game will come with a two-player co-op and over 35 missions for you to complete.
However, that is not all. It is also revealed that in addition to an in-house creative team, there is also a group of artists collaborating to help both in-game and for promotional purposes:
Shiniji Nishikawa (Gozilla film and SSSS. Gridman), Matt Frank (IDW’s Godzilla), Yuji Kaida (Godzilla, Ultraman, Neon Genesis Evangelion), Zander Cannon (Kaijumax), Ej Su (Marvel’s Rise of Ultraman, Godzilla Rivals, Transformers Comics ), Kim Jacinto (Rise of Ultraman and Shang Chi), DJ Crumrine (Animaniacs, Critical Role), Zedd (known for her kaiju art and Monster Hunter), Robo7 (G-Fan, Alien), Caroline Bromley (RWBY series) , Ninsai Kato (a kaiju artist from Japan), Powerhouse Animation (animated series Castlevania, Masters of the Universe: Revelation).
