October is Nationwide Foster Care Month and Montreal’s youth safety companies are hoping to recruit extra foster households. As World’s Phil Carpenter stories, officers at CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montreal are hoping to seek out not less than 50 households from varied backgrounds keen to welcome youngsters with various wants.
