Destiny 2 will allow daily focus on Deepsight weapons until the end of the season
Just over a month to go destiny 2next Lightfall expansion release, Bungie is giving players a few welcome offers to get ready for new content. One of these will allow the player to gather the red-rimmed Deepsight weapon daily from each of its seasonal vendors. Iron Banner will also gain more fame when it returns in late January.
In an update scheduled for next week, Bungie will change the weekly Deepsight focus to a daily spin, meaning players will be able to get four guaranteed red-rimmed weapon items per day. Daily Spotlight will be available from HELM vendors from the Seraph’s Easter, Haunted, Loot, and Current Season.
The rewards, which will be in effect until the end of the current season, will be good news for players trying to farm to craft weapons before Lightfall launches in February. Players will still need the Umbral Engram and Umbral Energy needed to focus the Deepsight weapon.
Bungie is also increasing the reward from Iron Banner when Fortress returns for the second seasonal spin on January 31st. These include an overall boost to base reputation earned from each match, with players being able to multiply those rewards further by wearing Iron Banner armor or equipping the Iron Banner icon.
Iron Banner changes have been rolled out to make it easier for players to earn the coveted Iron Countershade chain mail shader before the season ends. Bungie ended the announcement of the deals by encouraging players to “get that chain shader if you haven’t already!”
All the changes mentioned above will be available from January 31st.
