The Division of Justice sued Uber Wednesday, alleging the corporate charged wait-time charges to clients with bodily disabilities.

The lawsuit, filed within the U.S. District Courtroom for the Northern District of California, alleges the Uber violated Title III of the People with Disabilities Act, which prohibits discrimination by non-public transportation corporations. In Uber’s case, meaning charging clients with bodily disabilities a payment in the event that they wanted extra time to get into the automobile.
